SRVO-015: System over heat
The controller cabinet is hotter than its rated limit.
What it means
The controller cabinet is hotter than its rated limit. Same one-minute CPU stop behavior as the fan alarm - the controller protects itself by halting. The question is whether the room is too hot or the cooling has failed.
Common causes
Ranked by what technicians most often find, most likely first.
- Ambient temperature above the 45°C controller rating (summer heat, cabinet near an oven or furnace).
- Stopped fan or blocked vents.
- Faulty thermostat on the main board (rare).
How to fix it
- Check ambient temperature at the cabinet; improve ventilation or cool the area if it's genuinely hot.
- Verify fans spin and vents/filters aren't clogged - clean or replace.
- If it alarms with a cool cabinet and good airflow, the main board thermostat is suspect; image-backup before replacing the board.
