The fuse on the brake unit (or local stop unit, if fitted) for the numbered amplifier has blown. FANUC's remedy order is telling: replace the brake CABLE first - a defective cable is the usual fuse-killer.

- Replace the brake cable FIRST, then the fuse - replacing only the fuse invites a repeat.
